This two-level, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe townhouse boasts ski-in access to Lift 1A on Aspen Mountain. Enjoy breathtaking views of Aspen, Red Mountain, and Smuggler Mountain from the north-facing windows. This rental features a gas fireplace in the main living area, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. Please do not place any real wood into the fireplace at any time or for any reason. Guests will enjoy air conditioning in the main living area during the summer season.
Note: temporarily, due to the Lift One improvement project, this property does not afford "ski out" access. Guests can ski back to the property, but their day on the mountain will begin at the Silver Queen Gondola Plaza, approximately 3-5 blocks away.

Each condominium spans two levels and offers stunning views of downtown Aspen, Red Mountain, and Smuggler Mountain. While each unit boasts its own unique decor, many include upgraded kitchens and bathrooms, fireplaces, flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, and washer/dryer amenities.
Guests of Shadow Mountain Condos receive housekeeping, concierge services, and complimentary Aspen Airport transfers. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours).
