In 2024, Frias Properties of Aspen Snowmass is celebrating our 50th year in business. For over five decades, Frias Properties has been dedicated to serving both local homeowners and visitors from across the globe. Under the leadership of Chuck Frias, Tim Clark, and Ben Wolff the company has evolved into a pivotal entity within the Aspen Snowmass community. With a substantial local workforce, the firm manages the needs of hundreds of homeowners and extends hospitality to thousands of visitors annually.
Headquartered at 730 East Durant Avenue in Aspen, Frias Properties manages three satellite operation centers at the Fashing Haus, Silverglo, and Independence Square Hotel. In 2023, Frias Properties expanded into Snowmass Village assuming property management responsibilities of Chamonix, Homestead, The Enclave and Owl Creek Homes. Our Snowmass operations are headquarted at The Enclave located at 360 Wood Road in Snowmass Village.
Our vacation rental management and property management divisions are staffed by professional teams of property managers, maintenance personnel, housekeeping managers, guest service agents, a concierge desk as well as sales, marketing, and accounting professionals.
Vacation Rentals | With a portfolio of more than 130 vacation rentals in downtown Aspen, including hotel rooms at the historic Independence Square Hotel, in addition to rentals in Aspen Highlands and Snowmass Village, Frias Properties has become the preferred source for Aspen Snowmass visitors seeking condominiums, resort residences, and private homes.
